Check-in
You can change to another departure with available seats online. Please prepare your new web ticket after making changes.
Important Notice
【Reservations】
- Individual guests: from 8:00 AM on the same date one month before your boarding date.
- Group guests: accepted for parties of 15 or more. Please contact us in advance if you wish to book.
- Reservations and changes can be made online up to 10 minutes before departure.
【Payment】
- Please pay by online credit card within 3 days, including the day you book.
- For reservations made 2 days to 1 day before your boarding date, please pay by the day before.
- For reservations made on the boarding day, payment is processed immediately at the time of booking.
- *If payment is not received by the deadline, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
【Changes & Refunds】
- If your plans change, you can switch online to a departure with available seats. After changing, please present your new web ticket.
- Refunds can be processed online up to 30 minutes before departure (¥110 handling fee).
【Please Note】
- Tickets become invalid once the departure time has passed, and no changes or refunds are possible.

Wheelchair users must book through the reservation center (by phone). Reservations cannot be made at the counter.
Day-of Guide
Prepare Your Ticket
Online booking: Have your reservation screen ready on your smartphone. (Printed copies are also accepted.)
Phone/walk-up: Purchase your ticket at the counter or ticket machine at Tenjin Highway Bus Terminal.
Arrive at the Bus Stop 10 Min Before Departure
After obtaining your ticket, please arrive at Platform 0 at least 10 minutes before departure. Seats are assigned (you can select your seat when booking).
Hop On and Enjoy the Ride
For online bookings, show your web ticket to the bus announcer when boarding. Enjoy a unique experience viewing Fukuoka's cityscape from the open-top bus.
After purchasing your ticket, please arrive at the bus stop at least 10 minutes before departure.
For phone reservations and counter purchases, please arrive at the bus stop at least 10 minutes before departure after purchasing your ticket.
Multilingual Audio Guide Available — Bring Your Smartphone & Earphones
(English, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese)
Enjoy commentary in your language on board using your own smartphone and earphones.
- ●A camera-equipped smartphone with internet access in Japan is required. Scan the QR code on the bus to access the service via your browser.
- ●Earphones are not provided. If you don't have earphones, please mute the audio and follow the on-screen guide.
- ●Audio commentary will not play when the screen is off or another app is in use.
- ●This is a GPS-based automated guide, not a translation of the live bus announcer's commentary.
- ●No refunds will be issued if the service is unavailable due to technical issues.

The ticket counter and machines are located inside Tenjin Highway Bus Terminal (Solaria Stage 3F). Adjacent to Nishitetsu Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station.
Getting to the Bus Stop
(Tenjin Expressway Bus Terminal)
By Subway
- Approx. 7-minute walk from Tenjin Station on the Airport Line.
- Take West Exits 5 or 7 toward Mitsukoshi/Solaria. (You can go directly to 3F via the elevator inside Mitsukoshi from the underground mall.)
By Nishitetsu Train
- Directly connected to Nishitetsu Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station (approx. 1-minute walk).
- Use the elevator in front of the Mitsukoshi Gate (2F), or take the Solaria Stage 3F walkway from the North Gate (2F).
By Bus
- For highway buses, get off at the 3F drop-off area.
- For local buses, get off at the Tenjin Highway Bus Terminal-mae stop and take the escalator to 3F.
By Car

Solaria Terminal Parking (directly connected to the building) is recommended.
* Discounts are available for purchases at affiliated stores, but there is no parking discount for bus use only.
Nishitetsu Dazaifu Station [Meeting point for Dazaifu (to Hakata/Tenjin)]
■Meeting Point
Nishitetsu Dazaifu Station. A bus announcer will be waiting from 30 minutes before departure. Please wait near the open-top bus stop in front of Nishitetsu Dazaifu Station.
■Drop-off Locations
You can choose either Hakata Station Platform A or Nishitetsu Tenjin Highway Bus Terminal.
■Boarding on the Day
If seats are available, you can sign up and pay on the spot.
